John Torinus has been CEO of West Bend-based Serigraph since 1987 (Serigraph provides printed decorating solutions). Beyond his day job, he is working hard to make the Milwaukee-region competitive for business and to promote economic growth:
- He writes a weekly column for the Jounral centered on business issues (including the limitations of healthcare reform).
- He wrote a provocative report for WPRI about Gov. Doyle’s lack of leadership in promoting the state’s economy.
- He is chairman of BizStarts Milwaukee, an organization promoting entrepreneurship in the Milwaukee region.
John will talk politics, business, or anything else at Whiskey Bar. He’ll briefly address the entire group around 6:30. Don’t miss it–everyone is welcome.
