Meet Russ Darrow

Topic:  Mr. Darrow’s outlook on the automotive industry today; a businessman’s view of politics.

Russ Darrow opened his first car dealership when he was 25 years old, which grew into one of the nation’s Top 100 dealer groups.  Today, the Russ Darrow Group comprises 19 franchise new car dealerships and 4 JD Byrider used car dealerships.

Darrow has not been afraid to enter the political fray.  In 2004, when Darrow made a run for U.S. Senate, he campaigned under the nickname “The Right Russ.”  

Mr. Darrow will speak about why businesspeople must be involved in politics and the effects of government intervention on the automotive industry.
