Topic: How to Jumpstart Wisconsin’s Economy
Mark was elected to the U.S. Congress in 1994. While in U.S. Congress his primary focus was on budgetary matters. During his time in Congress, the U.S. saw surpluses and the Congress passed, at that time, the largest tax cut in American history.
Mark took on incumbent Senator Russ Feingold in 1998 and lost by a narrow 2% margin. Since then, Mark has built several successful businesses in the residential development sector.
