Here is the event description from Matt, all CYPs and friends are invited:
“Please join us on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 5 to 7 p.m. for a fundraising and informational event with Congressman Paul Ryan at The Pilot House at Pier Wisconsin on Milwaukee’s lakefront.  We’re confident that this event will be highly interesting and an opportunity to see and hear one of the nation’s rising political stars.

As you probably know, Paul has gained national recognition for his work on U.S. fiscal policy, including the 2010 health care legislation, the budget deficit and taxes on small business. He currently serves as a member of the House Budget Committee and is also a member of the Ways & Means Committee.

Although we plan to raise funds for Paul’s campaign efforts as part of this event, we are also interested in giving people the opportunity to meet Paul and to hear his insights on health care, taxes, fiscal responsibility and other issues facing our nation.  We are encouraging attendance by people in all age brackets, especially younger and other “next generation” voters for whom Paul’s views on the future of our country might be especially important.
