<p>Ed Howe founded Aurora Healthcare in 1984 and has grown the system into the state&#8217;s largest private health system, with 16 hospitals, 650 physicians, 100 clinics, 120 community pharmacies and other services.  As a former healthcare system CEO, Mr. Howe has a great many insights into the effects of the new healthcare reform law as well as other, more &#8220;free-market&#8221; ideas for reform.</p>
