I just heard of a ridiculous piece of "smelly" pork in the proposed Federal Budget - $1.8 million to go toward studying the stank of pig manure.  This piece of pork comes from Democratic Senator Tom Harkin of Iowa -Absolutely crazy!

Do they even have to put any justification for this stuff in the budget?  Let a preliminary study or something?  It's ridiculous.  Why hasn't this been reformed yet?
